This policy explains what information Newly Property collects when you use newlyproperty.com and what we do with it.
Calculator inputs
The calculators, converters and floor planner run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our servers and we do not store them.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you and to fix the problem you report. Messages are stored in the website’s admin area and sent to our email inbox.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site secure and working. We may also use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages are used.
Cookies and third parties
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. The Floor Plan Designer loads its 3D library from a public content delivery network in the same way. The designer saves your plan in your own browser’s storage so you can continue later. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data. Newly Property does not currently show advertising. If we add advertising or analytics that use cookies, this page will be updated to name the services and explain how to opt out.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site, such as our hosting and email providers, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the contact form messages we hold from you. Email us at the address below.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, for example in California or the European Union, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. The only personal information we hold is what you send through the contact form. Email us to make a request and we will respond.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
